The Automatic COMINT System ACOS is a modular and scalable system for strategic intelligence of radio communications.
Intelligence agencies face an evolving challenge: Continuously and fast growing amount of communication signals on air versus more and more lacking human operator and specialist resources. ACOS faces this challenge by handling most of the signals automatically and thus allows the operators to concentrate on new signals of interest.
ACOS is a learning system which can adapt to new transmission methods and offers various analysis possibilities. It features reporting, a target knowledge base, manual and automatic resource control, intersite management and an integrated, easy to use GUI. Thanks to its open interfaces it can easily be connected to other systems.

ICAS Intelligence Control and Analysis System
The Intelligence Control and Analysis System ICAS represents the collection of software modules and the related hardware necessary to implement all functions of an EW operations centre.
ICAS consolidates and thus enhances the quality of information in order to gain information superiority and support the user in the decision-making. The system design accelerates the intelligence cycle from sensors to knowledge in order to gain Command & Control dominance and assists the EW personnel to coordinate and synchronise all EW assets for a superior spectrum management.
The flexible architecture allows integration of any third party or legacy sensor system into ICAS.
JDS Jamming and Deceiving System
The Jamming and Deceiving System JDS is a completely modular and scalable system, which covers a frequency range from below HF up to VHF and UHF.
Thanks to a software-based signal generation, this system offers various types of jamming signals in HF/VHF/UHF, which enables the operator to change over from one jamming mode to another. Thus, an adaptation of the transmitted signal modulation to the signal characteristics of the opponent transmitter or their recording is possible, so that the operator can imitate the sender by reproducing these signals after a time delay. Moreover, due to its broadband capability, this system can be used for jamming frequency agile signals.
It can be integrated in mobile as well as semi-mobile systems.
MACOS Combined COMMS ESM and RADAR ESM System
MACOS is a cost-efficient solution including a passive RADAR-sensor and a communication signal DF sensor.
The system fills a capability gap in coastal surveillance evolved in the last years. Nowadays coastal patrol units have to cope with a lot of very small and versatile boats. Pirates, smugglers or refugees for example use small boats made of wood or glass-fibre reinforced plastic, with a hull which mostly disappears behind waves. They don’t use active RADAR’s or AIS. As a result they are most often invisible to conventional RADAR-only based system approaches.
Thanks to a parallel trend in the last decades - the worldwide rapid increase in mobile communication - it is now possible to equalize the declining RADAR detection possibility with enhanced capabilities to detect communication signals. Despite the invisibility to RADAR all boats use any kind of communication equipment, e.g. handheld radios, GSM or satellite mobile phones. MACOS detects RADAR and communication emitters, fuses them to one result to obtain a comprehensive situational picture.
The combined passive antenna solution makes it unnecessary to deal with different suppliers for passive RADAR and communication signal DF systems and offers one solution out of one hand.
TRACE Mobile System for Electromagnetic Spectrum Intelligence
The TRACE intelligence system is a mobile modular system for real-time intelligence of communications in the electromagnetic spectrum.
It consists of different functional blocks for searching, monitoring and tracking of communication. Furthermore, it includes functions for controlling the intelligence process including fully automatic intelligence. Components for evaluation of communication relationships complete the system.
TRACE allows the combination of modules to form a particular system depending on the scenario in question ( EW , frequency management or law enforcement). Therefore and due to its modular architecture TRACE is highly customizable and platform independent. It is able to meet the customer’s individual requirements, e.g. from an entry-level solution up to a sophisticated system.
In addition to traditional wireless sensors more sensor subsystems may be integrated as necessary. Moreover TRACE can be integrated into an (existing) overall system structure to benefit from its capabilities in network based operations.
