Lifecycle Support

Lifecycle support refers to the comprehensive support of a system throughout its entire lifecycle – from planning and development to operation and maintenance to modernisation and decommissioning. The aim is to ensure the long-term performance, availability and security of the system. This includes technical support, spare parts supply, updates, training and continuous optimisation during ongoing use.
