For various tactical or strategic scenarios, PLATH can provide you with standard or customized communication jamming solutions that optimally suit your needs. State authorities, armies and security forces around the world can contribute to national security and conflict management by using PLATH ComJam Systems in land-based applications to:
- degrade, disrupt or deny adversary radio communications,
- mask one’s own radio communications against adversary ESM (Electronic Support Measures) activities.
PLATH ComJam Systems are intended for landbased jamming applications, be they in easily accessible or remote and harsh environments. You can rely in your mission on the field-proven PLATH ComJam Systems, which benefit from PLATH’s multi-year and worldwide experience in jamming.
PLATH ComJam Systems cover an operational frequency range extending from HF to lower SHF. They provide you with the capability for wideband monitoring of the relevant frequency spectrum, detection of signals of interest and appropriate active or responsive countermeasures. Various jamming modes are available with all systems, including a hopper follower mode, which allows efficient jamming of frequency hopping signals.
The PLATH ComJam Systems are available for HF (1.5–30 MHz) and V/U/SHF (30–6000 MHz). The Jammers are intended for integration at fixed sites or on vehicular platforms (e.g. truck-mount shelter) as well as compact man-transportable ready-to-use solutions for V/UHF (30–2700 MHz).
PLATH ComJam Systems are not designed nor intended to be used for self-protection to counter remote-controlled improvised explosive devices (RCIEDs) or adversary radars, prevention of mobile communications in restricted areas (e.g. prisons).
AJS 30R | HF jamming system
The AJS 30R is a high-power jamming system for the frequency range from 1.5 to 30 MHz. It is primarily intended for integration on semi-mobile platforms for land-based deployment, e.g. a truck-mounted shelter, although integration at fixed stations is also possible. The electronic components, designed for operation in a controlled indoor environment, are 19” rack-mount units.
The AJS 30R provides an ECM capability that allows operations against undesired communications networks in the high frequency (HF) band. The AJS 30R mainly consists of a versatile and fast wideband detector and exciter unit (WDEU), a high-performance power amplifier unit (PAU), and omni-directional receive and directional transmit antennas that are suitable for field deployment in a tactical application.
AJS 2700C | Man-transportable jamming system
The AJS 2700C is a compact, quickly deployable and flexible jamming system for medium to high transmission power for the frequency range from 30 to 2700 MHz.
The AJS 2700C provides an ECM capability that allows jamming and deception operations against various undesired communications networks in the VHF and UHF bands. With its ECM electronic equipment (wideband detector and exciter unit, power amplifier) integrated in a rugged transport rack case and including a control laptop PC, receive and transmit antennas, two 8-m field masts, cables and a portable AC power generator, the AJS 2700C is ready-for-use. Thanks to its man-transportability, the AJS 2700C is a versatile asset for missions where bigger, integrated systems cannot be deployed.
AJS 6000R | Broadband jamming system
The AJS 6000R is a high-power jamming system for the frequency range from 30 to 6000 MHz. It is intended for integration on semi-mobile platforms for land-based deployment, e.g. a truck-mounted shelter. The electronic components of this ECM system, designed for operation in a controlled indoor environment, are 19” rack-mount units.
The AJS 6000R provides an ECM capability that allows operations against undesired communications networks in the VHF, UHF and lower SHF bands. Depending on the specific mission, the jamming system may be operated either in the frequency range from 30 to 1000 MHz or from 1000 to 6000 MHz. The AJS 6000R mainly consists of a versatile and fast wideband detector and exciter unit (WDEU), two separate high-performance power amplifier systems (PAS), and suitable receive and high-gain transmit antennas.
AJS 2700P | Man-portable jamming system
The AJS 2700P is a man-portable, rapidly deployable and flexible jamming system suitable for low-profile and concealed missions. It features a very high output power for a system of its size and weight and can jam communications in the frequency range from 30 to 2700 MHz.
The AJS 2700P provides an ECM capability that allows jamming and deception operations against various undesired communications networks in the VHF and UHF bands. It is a very versatile asset for missions where bigger systems cannot be deployed, especially in remote areas. With the supplied battery unit, the AJS 2700P can typically operate for up to 27 hours in monitoring mode and up to 3 hours when continuously jamming. Using reactive jamming modes, such as hopper follower, operation duration with a single battery charge is significantly increased.
ADS2100 | Advanced Counter-UAV System
The PLATH Anti-Drone System 2100 is an advanced, transportable and fast deployable Counter-UAV system that is able to protect sensitive areas like event venues or critical infrastructure against illegal intrusion of leisure and commercial UAVs. The system is designed to detect UAVs at long ranges, track and tackle them by electronic countermeasures.
PLATH ADS2100 uses a high-resolution frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) 3D radar, thermal and daylight cameras for UAV detection and classification and a radio frequency (RF) surveillance sensor to detect and identify UAVs at ranges of up to several kilometers. Once the threat has been identified, an integrated advanced multi-band (up to 6) RF jammer can be used to disrupt the link between the UAV and its remote control and/or disturb its GNSS-based navigation.
